Athletics (Track & Field) encourages athletes of all abilities and ages to challenge themselves through competition. There is something for everyone to enjoy in Athletics: walking, running, jumping and throwing.  Training for athletics may develop the physical fitness necessary to compete in other sports.  Athletics offers athletes the opportunity to learn through skill development training and competitions and engage socially.
